Short Description:

A desanding hydrocyclone skid installed of a single liner comes with accumulator vessel is to be used for testing the practical applications of well gas with condensate, produced water, well crude, etc at specific field conditions. It has all necessary manual valves and local instrumentation. With that test desanding hydrocyclone skid, it would be able to foresee the real result if the hydrocyclone liners (PR-50 or PR-25) to be used for the exact field and operational conditions, such as.

√ Produced water desanding – removal of sand and other solids particles.

√ Wellhead desanding – removal of sand and other solids particles, such as scales, corrosion products, ceramic particle injected during well cracking etc.

√ Gas wellhead or well stream desanding – removal of sand and other solids particles.

√ Condensate desanding.

√ Others solid particles and liquid separation.
