The new CO2 membrane separation equipment produced by our company has been safely delivered to the user’s offshore platform in mid-to-late April 2024. According to user requirements, our company sends engineers to the offshore platform to guide installation and commissioning.
This separation technology is a new separation technology designed and developed by our designers in accordance with user requirements, experience and technology. Its process technology aims to use membrane technology to reduce the CO2 content of the semi-gas with high CO2 content produced by the production separator to a level acceptable for subsequent gas turbines.
The use of membrane separation technology can not only remove CO2 from natural gas, but also has simple equipment, greatly reduced volume and weight, easy operation and maintenance, and low operating costs. Users attach great importance to the equipment provided by our company and pay great attention to the future application and promotion of this equipment. During the manufacturing process of the equipment, users came to our company for inspection and inspection, and highly affirmed our company’s design and manufacturing technology. After our engineers arrived at the site, the user’s technicians carefully carried out the installation according to the installation instructions given by our engineers. After the installation was completed, the user also conducted various pressure and leakage tests and successfully put it into use. During use, all technical indicators of the equipment meet user requirements. Subsequently, our engineers also gave a detailed introduction to the subsequent maintenance and upkeep of the equipment. With the successful installation and operation of the membrane separation equipment on the offshore platform, this project has come to an end.
