This initiative is designed to ensure that the equipment can be lifted safely and reliably when used at sea. The overload test of the lifting lugs is a key procedure. Our engineers will conduct overload tests on the lifting lugs according to the specifications and design requirements of the equipment to verify their safety performance when bearing the rated load. This test requires strict compliance with specifications and standards to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results. Only equipment that has passed the lifting lug overload test can obtain factory approval to ensure that it meets the requirements for offshore lifting, to ensure that accidents will not occur when the equipment is used at sea, and to ensure the safety of staff and equipment.
Due to the tight delivery time, the test can only be carried out overnight. For this desander manufacturing project, the user has tight requirements on the construction period.
