In the middle and late stages of oilfield production, a large amount of produced water will enter the production system along with the crude oil. As a result, the output of crude oil will be affected due to excessive production water volume of the production system. Our dehydration technology for enhancing crude oil production is a process of which a large amount of product water in the production well fluid or incoming fluid is separated through a high-efficiency dehydration cyclone to remove most of the product water and make it suitable for transportation or further production and processing, especially when it is installed at the wellhead platform. This technology can effectively improve the production efficiency of oil fields, such as subsea pipeline transportation efficiency, production separator production efficiency, increase crude oil production capacity, reduce equipment consumption and production costs, and plays a vital role in ensuring worker safety and maintaining final product quality effect.
Together with produced water treatment facilities, deoiling hydrocyclone and compact floatation unit (CFU), in this case, all of the produced water is disposed to overboard.
